“I found the tea to be way too strong for me but the flavour is authentic to store bought pearl milk tea.
I wouldn't mind a half strength teabag instead or even a decaffeinated version.
The pearls are great, a few tweaks to get the cooking right and I found adding 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar after the water is drained gives them more flavour”
“Really great tasting tea! The only annoyance I have is that it takes so long to cook the pearls. Is there anyway to make the whole preparation process simpler for people like me who are horrible around the kitchen? Also the recipe being not on the packets is an extra step I have to take to look it up.”
