“Tea was delicious, easy to make, recipes on website were easy to follow. Part of order came damaged/smushed/leaking, contacted customer service. They required a gentle reminder a week after the first email but totally understandable from a pretty new/suddenly exploding company, and after the gentle prod they organised a refund or replacement of the damaged items, the refund was actioned immediately. Have already purchased again, larger pack this time!”

“I like the idea of making your own bubble tea!! I think the choice of tea is my favourite part. Its very fragrant. Though a couple of things I have noticed that could be improved:
1. The recipe provided needs to have more specific measurements/time
2. Choice of paper and plastic straws - I know this is a very sensitive topic to some, but my paper straws keep breaking in the middle so i have resorted to taking bubble tea straws from bubble tea stores hahaha
3. The pearls could be better, I don’t like them as much cause they’re a bit hard no matter how Long I cook them for.
Overall though, for a homemade bubble tea kit, it’s pretty good!!”
