“Its pretty easy to make which is nice however the pearls take too long to cook so I've opted out of using them and just make the tea. Although this can be solved by just ordering rainbow jelly or something else that doesn't require cooking.”
“I purchased the Thai milk tea flavour during iso and am so pleasantly surprised how amazing it tastes! I love Chatime’s Thai milk tea and this is EXACTLY the same flavour. Personally, just the Thai milk tea powder and the creamer is sweet enough and extra fructose is not required (bonus fructose for other teas). My whole family even loved this from the first try. “I bought the Thai tea and Brown sugar and at this point I could not decide which flavours I love more - they are both delicious and easy to make. The items are well packed. The pearl bubble is nice and chewy. The measurement helps make the flavours spot on! Having the fructose separate container is great to experiment sweetness level.
If I could add small comments which may help with customer service in future, it would be the fact that when received the package I couldn't understand the cooking instruction which I later found out I do not have a spoon packed for me. There is also instruction not requiring paper straws which were packed to me anyway. Not sure if there's a checklist for the orders and attending to the extra instruction?
I find it will be great to have a small printed cooking instruction since you already have a "thank you" car placed in the pack anyway

“The kit provided everything needed and the recipe was simple to follow and created a perfect tea! Only suggestion would be to maybe offer decaffeinated tea bags as an option for those of us who love bubble tea but can't drink caffeine!”
