“For the tapioca pearls, it would be great to receive instructions with the pearls on how to cook them (found the online recipe link eventually), but also how to store them cooked and how long they'll keep for. I put mine in a jar in the fridge and they went hard in the middle - do you have to cook them up each time? If so it would be good to state that at the purchase point as I'm not that dedicated to them! Loved the lychee jelly though!”
