“As a dental nurse, I'm very particular about my dogs teeth, I absolutely love this product daily on their food. They eat their food with it with no problems and it smells really fresh in the pot too! Our vet recently commented on the health of their teeth and gums! It's that good I wish there was a human version!”
Thank you so much for your incredible review Kate. We are really pleased your dogs eat it without any issues and that your vet has commented on their teeth and gums! Haha, a human version would be good!
“Been using this for about a month and so far so good. Breath smell fresh. Tad expensive but does have good quality ingredients and do feel like I'm seeing a difference. Tub comes with a little scoop although it maybe buried so shake the tub with the lid on the bring the scoop to the surface”
“It comes in a small tub with a little mini scoop which you add to your dogs normal dinner. Our dog wasn’t out off by it and in fact was quite attracted to it and ate her dinner without issue. It’s hard to tell if it has made her teeth cleaner but I think it has worked because there is notably less plaque in her teeth. Certainly not doing any harm and long term should help her teeth and gums stay healthy.”
“Buddy & Lola Clean Canines Plaque Off Dog Teeth Cleaning Products & Dog Breath FreshenerYou get a 180g tub of powder for approx £30 with a 2g scoopMade in UKI have two dogs that are 35kg so that is 3 scoops per day per dogSo 6 scoops a day would treat my two dogs 15 days so £60 per month….To be honest that is a bit too much cost for me.However the ingredients are good and the smell nice, my dogs are four and have good teeth but their breath did seem fresher after using for a week.Had no trouble in getting them to eat their food with this on top.If you have a smaller dog the cost of this might be more effective for you.(Hope you found my review helpful)”
“This works very similiar to plague off with the same idea - it helps break down the plague via the bloodstream and then the plague is brushed off when the dog chews.I mean it’s quite an expensive product, and it takes time to work, however I do notice a difference with it.It comes with a tiny scoop so it does last a while for a smaller dog like mine. The best thing is to get your dogs teeth cleaned professionally and then use something like this to prevent build up.”
“I have a 3 year old male dog who sadly has started having plaque build up. I've never brushed his teeth as I thought the right treats would keep his teeth healthy (apparently not). This stuff is no miracle, but my dog will eat it and the ingredients are good.Pros:• Smells nice and minty• Has nutritional ingredients in• Dog eats it fine when mixed with foodCons:• No remarkable difference after a few weeks of supplementingI, wrongly, thought this was a toothpaste powder and didn't realise it was a mixture for them to take internally. It comes in a little plastic pot, and you get a fair amount for the price. The texture is like a dark, greeny brown powder mixed with tiny little chunks of seaweed. It smells quite minty with an underlying musky seaweed smell - not unpleasant at all.The recommended amount is on the packaging, and my boy is just under 13kg (medium sized) so he has two scoops of the 5ml spoon a day. I tend to sprinkle it on his food and mix it in. He won't have it alone, but he'll have it mixed thoroughly into his food and it doesn't put him off, and he is a very, very picky boy.In terms of the effects, it's hard to know how good it is so far. I can't say his teeth are noticeably or obviously cleaner, but I do think his breath is fresher, and I'm confident it'll be helping his gums as he ages otherwise I'd stop giving it to him.All in all, I will continue giving this to my boy. I'll only give him quality products I trust, and I trust the brand too after doing my research. The ingredients will be beneficial for his mouth and his coat, and general wellbeing... And it's not badly priced. For a medium sized breed, who has a very sensitive tummy and is starting to get bad breath, I'd recommend it as a supporting supplement alongside proper dental care.”
