“It was dented when it arrived.
Worse - it is tiny! Probably big enough to hold one bag of powder supplements but hugely expensive. If I'd had to pay rather than get it free with my subscription I would've sent it back for a refund.”

Your replacement order is on its way and should be with you very soon. Our tins can also comfortably hold 2 pouches (240g), which is great for owners who need more product for their dog(s). This is our first release of a storage tin that acts as a companion for our products and we knew it wouldn't be perfect but we're grateful for your feedback as it will help us improve and help us generate new ideas along the way :)
