“Haven't received any yet still waiting. Ordered on 5thnov using 3-5 day postage which I've paid for (£10+) still waiting for delivery on 17th Dec but order hasn't even been sent to courier yet although had several messages (LIES!) over the last week from sales dept yet they still persist to fob me off. No offer of any compensation to make up for stress and loss of income due to their failings!”
