“How do I know Pre works for me? Not because I can say exactly how many more reps or how much more weight I was able to handle. But here's what I *can* quantify...my productivity before I begin my workout. For the half-hour to hour between drinking Pre and starting my workout, I can feel the growth in my energy and my concentration. I work a demanding job from home where I have to hit and sustain high levels of productivity. It's amazing how much more productive I feel after drinking Pre. “I have seriously noticed a difference in what I can do when I left. Just the other day I upped my squats weight by 10 pounds thinking it was only five and not realizing the machine had already been set at five. If that wasn’t enough, it seemed that the rest of the exercises were going smoother and have been so since.
The taste, though is a little off putting. It’s a little more of a shocking tart flavor that I have to drink quickly. Not much else is there to complain about out other than it is kind of clumpy in the jar.”
