“I am impressed with Beyond Pure Pre-Workout. I workout 6-7 days a week and start around 6:00AM. I'm a bit sluggish that early. I mix one scoop in 16oz of water and sip on it for 30 mins while I do some neck stretching exercises. By the time I'm done with that, my focus is up and my motivation to work is up. There is a clear and obvious difference in clarity and motivation without the boost from the supplement. I have not noticed a crash after use. It seems to be a clean feeling supplement. I recommend it.”
“This is the first pre-workout I have tried that gve me a good boost to tackle my end of the day dog walk and lifting session. What it did not do was give me that weird tingly feeling as if a bunch of ants were crawling underneath my skin. Taste pretty good as well.”
“Most pre workouts give me prickly feelings under my skin. No bueno. They also make me feel anxious. But I am low energy at the end of the day and need something other than coffee. BWS Beyond Pure Pre-Workout seems to be the right thing. No big caffine rush, weird skin sensations or crash afterwards. Just the right amount of boost for getting a good lifting session in even at the end of the day.”
“I decided to bite the bullet and purchase this and give it a try. Up until this product, I had been using 5-Hour Energy drinks for when I needed an extra boost. They can be pricey and from an economic standpoint, this was half the cost per serving.
My challenge is, having never used an actual "pre-workout" product before, I really have no comparison. It does not give me the same "push" the energy drink does, that's for certain. But there does seem to be a more leveled increase in energy...so that's good? I'm of mixed opinions on this. There is something to say about the burst of energy I get from the 5-Hour.
The one thing I do not like, how sweet it is. The flavor I have is fruit punch and it is overpowering. I mix it in with my proteing shake and creatin mix in the mornings, but the flavor overpowers EVERYTHING. I would advocate for backing off the sweetness.
I'll continue until I'm out, and then see if I want to buy again. Still not sure just yet. Although I can say the overpowering sweetness is a big turn-off for me.”
