Beginner SHRED 2.0 - Elite Reviews

There is so much to take in on this SHRED 2.0 before starting, that just watching all the videos beforehand has taken up a few days, as there's some vital info in each of them that I need before embarking on Week One! This, and the heavy calorie/protein tracking, I get it... but it is a full-time job, so not for the light-hearted.. and I have noticed I ain't eating near enough protein, but going well over (by 300 or so) my Calorie intake! However, I would love to have an Excel option for the Tracking, and Pocket Coach, as Google and their Sheets I do not rate too much.. at all...and this is where the main issue is, stopping me from progressing right now. But Excel was fine last year, when I did my 30-day Challenge.. so why fix what's not broken... or was it?! But, like I said earlier in the BWS review... the menu/meals/macros choices are more than enough to stop you getting bored, as the variety is very deep and delicious!... I'm sure once I get used to cooking / making a few of them, I'll be much faster in the kitchen.. as time is money to me right now, and not a luxury I can afford, as I don't get enough sleep (5-6hrs) as it is, .. but at least they have a few shorter prep time meals I can dip into, and I am sure that, once I get my macros honed in, and balanced properly, it'll be much faster in the next month. :-)
