No matter where you are, your lifestyle, your dietary habits etc, this program will fit the bill for everyone willing to put in the effort. Being a Indian vegetarian, i was wary of the program initially thinking its not made for indian lifestyle- but was I wrong. The concepts about nutrition, workout and positive approach to changing yourself are truly well researched and you'll see the result, if you walk the walk!

My only criticism is that the workout is in pdf format and the nutrition tracker is in google sheets instead of an app. But everything else about it is great.

This program has it all. You will learn everything you need to know about workout splits, perfecting your form, prioritizing lifts, (most importantly) nutrition, and so much more. I was so skeptical before buying this but purchased it anyways. I am so glad I did! Spend the small few upfront and have a lifelong journey with fitness and nutrition all in this one package

Very good starter program for hypertrophy, all the exercises and nutrition plans are scientifically based and deliver great results!

I have never found a program so clear and easy to follow. I've lost almost 20 pounds in the past three months. The nutrition google sheet is a game changer for me. Well done!!! I've already recommended it to another person who purchased a program.
