Have only just begun but am motivated and inspired daily. The hard work and commitment that have gone into the program by its creators give me a constant reason to work hard and commit -- and to be patient actively.

An excellent product that does what it promises!!! All you have to do is stay focused and dedicated to your work out and nutrition and the results will come. An absolute value for money product!!!

I love the program. Great value for all the resources that are available. I followed JE on YouTube for a long time. The spreadsheet (or Shredsheet... HA!) is very effective for me. I have not found my focus on workouts, but I'm losing weight. Hoping to find it soon

I was not expecting the program to be as detailed as is but it was a happy surprise. This program has written or video information on so many different topics that would help any begginer out on their fitness journey. At first waiting to change how your body looks seems like such a daunting task but this program lays out details about the fundamentals of training so well. Chapters on nutrition, mind muscle, pull up progression, and losing weight properly all add up to make this program the one resource that contains everything a begginer needs to know. With that said, I did not give it a 5 star due to some exercises listed in the home workout. Some exercises do not provide a hard enough challange or a good mind muscle connection to stimulate a muscle. In the home workout there also are not any alternatives and the tutorial videos are no way near as detailed as the actual program. Moreover, in the beginner shred program some exercises require machines but there are not any good alternatives if you do not have one or your gym does not. Overall, I am very happy with this product and how it has carried me throughout my fitness journey.

This program has all the bells and whistles. I came to the program with almost no knowledge of fitness or how to best achieve my goals. This program lays the groundwork with its classroom like courses. The course then gives you the dietary information and workout tutorials to take you from knowledge to action. You can then finish your journey by taking action to achieve your goals.

I cannot begin to explain how worth it this program is. The amount of work the people at BWS have put into making a dope program for not only weight loss but also muscle gain is crazy. By far the best thing I have done in my life yet!

I have followed a number of work out programmes over the years, and even worked with personal trainers of and on. I was in my late 50's and looking for a change to mix things up. I found the spreadsheets super helpful, the diet recommendations transforming, and the exercises varied and easy to follow. I added muscle and then did a shred and am at the lowest fat percentage of my life. Now at 60, I follow the programme a little more loosely and work to maintain the muscle I have without pushing for further growth. By doing this, I'm hoping to avoid injury as well and stay healthy for years to come.
