“In terms of results, I've been doing the program for about three months now, and I've seen noticeable improvement in my fitness. I've basically been approaching the program as a "body recomposition" plan (it can also be used for straight fat loss or straight muscle gain, really just a matter of adjusting calorie targets), because I was already pretty close to my desired weight, just wanted to get a bit stronger and leaner. I've definitely accomplished both - I've broken through years-old plateaus on all of the big lifts and my abs are becoming readily visible, which is new for me.
