“The whole program is well written providing reasons and using studies. It also has a helpful tracking system for your weight, calorie intake and your progress in the gym. This also includes a wide variety of food specific to your body’s need. ALL helpful as a beginner like myself. The only thing is it doesn’t really include isolation movement for your arms in the beginning, which is a little discouraging to see your whole body make progress besides your arms.”
