I've been trying to understand nutrition and how to build muscle for years and I've never found a source I could trust and knew was accurate. That's why I never completely started with any program, I need to know that what I will be doing is the real deal. And I finally found it! By far the best purchase I've made in the last five years. Thank you BWS!

The Beginner build is a very comprehensive and organized set of lectures and reading providing an immersive experience. It contains everything you need to pack on size, including diet optimization, several workouts, how to lift, how often to, and so much more, which all are backed by cited scientific studies. I would definitely recommend this to product for anyone looking to quickly pack on size and wants to learn training in the gym properly while receiving unparalleled dieting advice.

This is a complete program with effective exercises and a nutrition plan to guide you in your body transformation. It's rare to find both aspects in a course. Many people are stuck in being skinny fat, or skinny, fat, with a low or big amount of muscles, but they can hardly get the best shape of their life without proper guidance. Following the program, you can get an aesthetic, strong, balanced, and healthy physique. All is backed by science and I love that. There's a lot of value in the program and it is cheap. Really, in retrospect, I would have paid more for the content. I'm highly satisfied.

It is a very good program. I took up gym after almost 20 years (!) so I had to go really slow (I started out with 1 kg dumbells for the incline press!!). I'm still using it after a year and a half (home edition). I read a lot on bodybuilding meanwhile, and the more I read the more I saw that this is a very well thought-out program indeed (the prehab exercises are a testament to this). I especially agree with the emphasis given to multi-joint exercises. As for the diet part, I still use the macro recommendations and the spreadsheet. I've lost 45 pounds and heading for the last 10. The only modifications I made are the following: I follow Stuart McGill's recommedations for core strengthening, I use reverse flyes + external arm rotation instead of the face pulls for greater emphasis on the rear delts and rotator cuff, and, after the year mark, I restructured the program as a PPL, same exercises but 6 days per week.

Very reluctant at first because this is the first time purchasing a product like this but the results was amazing, I'm working back in since I had Covid but overall a great product.

The best thing I love myself, is the way everything is mapped out & shown, and explained so you have a understanding of what to do & how to do it. Love Jeremy and his knowledge ... not just some "bro science".
