“I think this is a great program. I was surprised at the amount of information given on top of the workout program itself. There's a warm up routine included, a mobility routine included for longevity (think postural fixes) and an ab routine. The nutrition info is sound and even goes into supplements. The program also goes covers cardio and incorporating it into the program.
The exercise routine itself is well put together and demonstrated (even explained scientifically as to why they are incorporated). You're given exercise substitutions in case of lack of equipment or unavailable equipment. You also get a dumbbell only program and bodyweight only program which are well put together and demonstrated.”
