intermediate shred was a great tool to get me in shape during the pandemic. in hindsight i should have started with beginner shred as i had not been training as long as a few other people on intermediate shred. i followed shred protocol for 6 months before i really hit a wall and thats where i think there could have been a chapter or some guidance about where to end your shred/lean bulk. i appreciate that this could be a very individual thing dependent on the goals of the individual. mine was to get to single digit body fat and at about 15% i stalled. the BWS community groups gave great advice and i altered my diet and goals and the following 2 weeks i dropped to 13% it does mean i am no longer following the spreadsheet macros - i maintain 1g/lbs for protein and split the remaining carbs/fats in equal percentage. i still follow the over all calorie target to achieve my goal. it has been a huge impact in my life of the last few years and i dont think i will ever need another training program.

IT WORKS! I've been on an off several programs through the years, but this one really delivers. I have never been this shredded and, believe you or not, this easily! I do not mean it is easy, but it did require much less effort than what I was already making while stuck around 12% bf. Now I am - I believe for the first time in my life - around 10% and willing to put up some more muscle as soon as the pandemic is over.

In the era, when dieting is in fashion and there is such an amount of BS around, finally, a comprehensive, usable, scientific, easy to understand approach to weightloss. I have booked this product 8 months ago, lost 13kg/26lbs, and still losing.

I am an experienced lifter, and I found the tools to track gym sessions and calories extremely helpful. Also the program information. It gave me just the motivation I needed to get to the next level. I went from 14-15% BF to 12% and I can stay there easily now with little effort. Great purchase!

The BWS workout guide was very helpful in targeting the right combination of exercises and routines. It was good to have alternative exercises as well since I use a modest home set up. The warm up helped prevent avoidable injuries and/ or strains. I think the BWS tracker helped me equally with keeping up with workouts and meals. The tracker inspired me to create my own excel tool where I can select menu options from a drop down and my macros are calculated to match what the BWS tracker prescribed. I spread the workout over a longer set of days now because I have others interests but have maintained a good build for a 50 year old. It would be good to have the option to scale the tracker to match maybe a 3 day per week workout to the right macro/ calorie combo but I have kind of figured it out.
