“The BWS workout guide was very helpful in targeting the right combination of exercises and routines. It was good to have alternative exercises as well since I use a modest home set up. The warm up helped prevent avoidable injuries and/ or strains. I think the BWS tracker helped me equally with keeping up with workouts and meals. The tracker inspired me to create my own excel tool where I can select menu options from a drop down and my macros are calculated to match what the BWS tracker prescribed. I spread the workout over a longer set of days now because I have others interests but have maintained a good build for a 50 year old. It would be good to have the option to scale the tracker to match maybe a 3 day per week workout to the right macro/ calorie combo but I have kind of figured it out.”
