I would like to appreciate the program. But I am sorry I could not got great result due to the poor time management and the covid. I got infected by covid for 3 weeks which forced me to bedridden. I only lost weight from 97.5 kg to 90.5 kg before I got infected in January. But I never give up! I will continue this program because it enhance my mind and muscle. Although the progress in my case were low.

I have started working out owing to the pandemic and wanting to get a bit fitter, but found my personal progress slow, or close to none. Thankfully, after 3 months of following the Home Workout Plans, I have probably made more progress in the short 3 months than the previous 8-month isolation workouts I've been doing on my own! I can feel myself getting stronger, and losing much of the dreaded belly fat. Definitely a great buy!

Before I discovered Jeremy and Built With Science (BWS), my workouts were random, I didn't track my nutrition and my results were marginal at best. The Beginner Shred program changed all that! Jeremy's programs are easy to follow and allow you to easily track the progress of your workouts and nutrition!

Emazing program for restart of your body. A lot of advices, a lot of progress, a lot of hacks and tips. Perfect excersise for begginer. I fully recomend this program for all who wants to start from the base. Thanks a lot BWS team.

Went above and beyond what I expected. I've bought tons of programs in the past and this was the most straightforward, yet effective plan I've ever seen. Been following this program for the past 6 months and have gone down from 190lbs to 170lbs, all while getting stronger in my lifts.

super confusing at first because it started as some dude who put together PDFs and spreadsheets--not fancy apps with videos that track your progress. But after almost giving up because it was so difficult to develop a routine, I got into the flow and felt really good. This is really DIY, though. No app to help troubleshoot or answer your questions--just a Facebook group. Then you learn the scrappiness of a FB group, PDFs, and spreadsheets is somewhat endearing if not difficult to manage and hard to get into. Stick with it and you'll see results. But the content on the PDFs really isn't anything you can't get free online. Although I'd say I should've gotten Intermediate and not Beginner. And I feel like Jeremy seems to be a good guy, but Built With Science is changing from fitness-first to profits-first--like the "private" coaching doesn't have any pricing, and I can't understand why he wouldn't be transparent.
