As an active mom of two, I started this program feeling like I was already tracking calories (I wasn’t) and I was already working out (with random exercises found on Instagram). My husband recommended “this guy on youtube” and I really liked that the program cited the studies and articles being used to inform the design of the program. So I started the program along with many others at the New Year hoping it was something I could stick to. After three weeks, I’ve gotten a handle on my eating habits, started emphasizing protein, and am getting stronger every workout. I’m down 12 pounds by focusing on nutrition in a way that’s both sustainable and easy to fit into my family’s life.

Highly recommended! I have tried a lot but this program makes the most sense. It's all so logical and you will get to your goals. I've only been on the program for two months, but I'm confident in my results.
