This is a very well designed program! It is easy to follow, well explained and you have access to a community as well. The emphasis on nutrition is excellent and the exercises are well explained and the workouts are put together expertly. I feel I came to the right place with my goals to build healthy muscles and boost my fitness. The program has its ear close to the recent research and is doing a great job helping you navigate the waters of nutriention with helpful materials from meal suggestions to customized calorie intake to reach your goals.
