I’ve worked out in the gym for 2 years with no extra guidance beyond YouTube videos. This was my first try at a program and it made all the difference mentally and physically. In the first 2 weeks of the program I hit a new low of visceral fat and body fat. A difference I hadn’t made in a 1 year plateau byself. I realized I needed structure and workouts to do when I didn’t have fancy equipment. I love this program because it felt customized to my goals, it taught me the science behind nutrition, and most importantly it highlighted good form so I wouldn’t hurt myself. This is for anyone serious about making a change in their life through small incremental habit changes that lead to larger goals. It’s a lot of reading and watching, learning and trying via counting protein intake but the results I couldn’t argue with.
