“I just bought it because I need to take hanging and pulling serious. This thing sets up, do work and folds down and out of the way. I have a minimalist, KBells, SBagss, clubs, setup, but since I've added the bull bar, I now have rings!, so my mini gym is a super mini now and can do mini OCR training, crawl, then hang, timed alt grips, then carry, etc. I like the use of the threaded tensioners, it's a stable portable. Good build!”
“First, I will say that the service and return policy was stellar.
I did return it. I was disappointed in how heavy it was and how the videos misrepresented the ease in assembly and disassembly. I found it very stiff and cumbersome to set up. There was no way I could easily pull it up and then push it back down as the video shows. I haven't the space to leave it set up. I was atrracted to it initially because I thought I could easily fold it up and store it between sessions.
All and all it is a good piece of equipment just not portable as claimed. Not for me anyway.”
“I have to give this a full 5 stars. Im 5'6" and this bar is perfect. Its a little too short to completly let my legs out while hanging, but it is still more than high enough to get full extension on my pullups. The dip bars are sturdy for dips, pushups, rows, and pike pushups. The bar is sturdy and quick to setup and breakdown. I want to try out the arm hooks for leg raises from the bar, but everything has been great so far. Hightliy recommended for a total home gym.”
“I've been using it at home for the last few weeks and I love it. Mostly for assisted pullups and it feels stable, doesn't wobble, although I did make sure I had good pads under legs for that. I really like how I was able to incorporate it into my current tiny 'home gym' setup. I recommend it.”
