“I purchased the XL Bully Bed in May this year and failed to purchase the heavy duty waterproof lining. I thought the lining that came with the bed would be sufficient. I was wrong. In October, my senior dog had an accident and the foam unfortunately was soaked within a couple minutes. I contacted customer servicer (who is also the owner of the company) and informed him of my situation. Even though it was my bad for not purchasing the heavy duty liner, the owner was nice enough to send me one free of charge and also sent me cleaning instructions for the foam. I have to say there are not a lot of companies out there that would do that and I appreciate the awesome customer service! Whenever anyone asks me about dog beds I will always refer them to this company as I think customer service is very important. I will pay more just to know that the quality and service is 10 out of 10!! All my future dog beds will be made here, that's for sure!! It's so worth it AND I won't forget to purchase the heavy duty liner too!”
“Having gone through many different dog beds with multiple dogs over the years, this bed made us believers in what we heard about it's comfort and quality. Our two dogs are both trying to sleep on this bed as much as they can. Honestly, they truly seemed to love it from the time it came out of the box. It's not built like any dog bed we've purchased before. The foam is more like the mattress we sleep on, so I can see why our dogs like it so much.
