We've become so skeptical of claims on the internet, so we measured this right after it fully expanded and it's a little over 7" thick. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, I could comfortably sleep on this thing if I wanted to. It really cradles and supports like a tempurpedic. I'd give it 5 stars, but since we have only had it for a few days, I wanted to wait before I gave it a perfect review.”
