“We tried the mattress in the showroom, along with lots of others, which I'm very glad about. The Galway is amazing - soft but firm at the same time...it's my daughter's bed, but I decided to sleep in it one night to try it out and it's wonderfully comfortable - will definitely buy one from Button & Sprung when we need to upgrade our own mattress. Love the fact they are natural and made without any horrid chemicals...we're surrounded by so many these days that it's nice to know your bed is a safe haven! Was slightly surprised to see that it arrived tightly rolled up though - I would have thought that this would damage the springs?”

Hi Emma, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Recently technology has been introduced that allows for natural pocket sprung mattresses to be rolled, which helps us with any access restrictions in our customer's houses! We don't roll every mattress in our range, and it is possible for us to supply every mattress model 'unrolled'. Our mattresses are made to order in the UK and rolling them does not in any way damage the springs. You're also covered by our ten-year guarantee - so if in a rare instance a structural fault did occur we would rectify this or replace the mattress for you. I hope this helps to clarify! “I have waited a while to see how we got on with this. At first it seemed a little soft, certainly in comparison to the previous one. Having lived with it a while I would day it is very comfortable and just right. It is supportive but soft as well. Great use of natural materials.”
