“I love the fabric but realized that I did like the ottoman. May be because our mattress is not very heavy, it is difficult to close and it is a bit noisy. So we decided to return and get a 4 drawer bed instead. B&S has made the process very easy”

Hi Laurence, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. The ottoman beds should not be 'noisy' - I'll take this up with our customer service team to investigate!
