“I put a 1 Star rating as there isn’t an option to put a rating of no stars. I have the worst experience ever with ordering and dealing with this company. I ordered a cabinet which was too small for the intended use. From the images and the description on the website it looked a lot bigger but to my surprise a small box arrived. Suffice to say I could not use it and I needed it to be returned so I could purchase the right size cabinet. To make my adventure more interesting, I was asked to send it back myself, find my own means of returning the item back to the seller. I thought that was extremely inconvenient since I had to ring several companies all charging me more than the actual value of the cabinet- which by the way was not cheap. After paying a considerable amount of money in the end I had the parcel collected and sent back. Buy Catering got in touch a few days later to inform me that they had received the cabinet and it was damaged and they can’t give me a refund. It was sent back in the same packaging- it hadn’t even taken it out of the box so for what I know it could have been damaged when I received it.
Wouldn’t use them again, wouldn’t recommend ever. Awful experience ! Beware!”
