“So this is a truly honest review. I've used these guys since 2017. But it's very difficult to order lately and have reliable service. As long as you live in an actual home, you will probably get your package at some point. But if you're disabled, live in an apartment, have limited mobility, can't drive to the post office to retrieve your own items, it probably will not show up. Last time it never even came cause they use USPS and the USPS insists on delivering to the apt office I cannot access. The product is generally good and reliable quality, if you get it. This time they made a shipping label but didn't drop it off for shipping until Sunday, I ordered last Thursday. So it did not ship the same day. They also changed the shipping info. First it said my label was created around 7pm the day i ordered, then it said it was changed at 2am the following day. Then when I contacted them, instead of actually telling me what happened, they emailed me some generic copy & pasted response blaming the post office and Covid, that despite 2 tracking sites, including their own, saying it had not been dropped off, that it was on its way and was just slow. Between me and my ex, who probably still buys $400 a month from here, probably have spent close to 15k in 3 yrs with this company. It took a week to finally get to me, and I had to fight with the post office to accomplish that. If this is a product you need and rely upon be prepared to not run out and reorder 2 weeks early to make sure you get your items. For what I pay for shipping plus the international fee I have to pay my bank just to purchase here and then the battle to actually have it delivered to my home, Im better off buying local for $5/oz.”
