“I've been milling this at home to make sourdough. It's delicious! My starter culture got established so quickly, and the dough has such a delicious nutty smell when using the freshly milled flour. There are a few lupins to pick out here and there, but apart from that I can't fault this product. I will definitely continue buying this wheat, it's great value.”

“For being totally clueless about milling my own wheat I had no idea about how many varieties there are . So far I've made a few things with this hard wheat and they have turned out great. The delivery was quick and the grain was clean apart from about 15 tiny black ball things ( no idea what they were) which in 20 kg of wheat I'm assuming is pretty good. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Thank you for a wonderful product.”
