“The tips took over 4 months to be delivered and I reached out to customer service three times and got no response. Fortunately, they did actually arrive but took way too long. Just a heads up when ordering.”
“The rubber tips of almost any stylus always seems to eventually split. My Safe Touch did too after a year or so, But Safe Touch solved this problem. They sell little packs of more spare replacement tips. Now my Safe Touch stylus tip is working perfectly again. I’ll never touch a store touch screen bare handed again”
“Four out of five of the tips were perfect. One had a small piece of rubber inside that needed to be removed, but still works as a replacement tip. I would give this product 4.5 out of 5 overall if I could. The website was easy to use, shipping is very reasonable, and the packaging was great; I did put the package into an airtight container after removing the first tip, just to prevent the other 4 from dry rotting. Being able to replace the tips puts Safe-Touch's products ahead of any other company's, in my opinion. I do use the metal arm to avoid bathroom doors, but I really like the high-quality rubber tips--even cracked, they still work better on touchscreens than my fingers, which are often muddy because of my job.”
“The reason why replacement tips exist is because they fall off easily and/or rip apart easily when exerting more force with the key to open heavy doors. The company should offer a whole lot more (like 20) for the same price because I’m replacing these almost every two weeks, if not sooner. I hope the company will create a more durable solution that will not fall off or rip easily!”
