“I use it regularly and I'm very happy overall. It can be tricky to use on some touchscreens and the retractable carabiner was a big let down (it couldn't hold the weight of the SafeTouch). I had to use a KeyBak retractable cord since I use it constantly.”
“I have never received anything from you it’s been a month and a half since ordered. I have contacted your customer service. The tracking number shows that it was in LA or somewhere thereabouts and it has not been scanned cents and that was on July 27 and your customer service says we’re gonna wait a couple more days to see if it has any movement it’s been almost a month and it hasn’t moved why would you wait a couple more days the package is lost the post office says the package is lost. I am a Snowbird and I am no longer going to be here to receive this package.”
