“Love the color and the feel of the tool in my hand. Customer Service contacted me regarding an out of stock item and quickly refunded my money for the one item and sent out my order with an extra tool. Awesome job!”
“SafeTouch delivers your package items to the wrong address and will not assist to help or be responsible. Safe Touch takes so long to communicate back to you. My experience with them was awful service. I lost $24 on two Safe Touch tools. Just bad service!”
“I’ve noticed the stylus feature will NOT work at certain businesses with touchscreen transactions. Also wish the tip of the stylus would work better at all angles. As far as opening doors, it works absolutely wonderfully! Great tool in the age of Covid-19.”
“Bigger and not as useful as I was hoping it would be. It's a bit of a nightmare on my keychain. A semi reasonable price, but then you're overcharged for shipping and handling, and the shipping was slow. The polish tarnished rather quickly and significantly, so you have to keep it clean, which is not ideal for something you're supposed to handle frequently throughout your day. And the button pusher is useless for touch screen or ATM keypads with privacy covers, basically anything more advanced than the old payphone keys. So...I'm looking for a better alternative. I wasted my money on this thing. But, it looked cool when I bought it! So...there's that...”
“Perfect little tool.
Looking at the competition (both foreign and domestic) this guy has 3 things that set it apart outside of the awesome service and quality craftsmanship.
First the bottle opener. It’s dumb but every once in a while you need to pop a top. I usually drink RC Cola as I don’t drink booze anymore but Mission BBQ sells glass bottles and their opener is awful. This one works.
Second is the curve and ridges on the hook. Easy to grip doors and it doubles as a key hanger from my shorts. Awesome.
Third is the weight. It makes a perfect fidget spinner. Not too heavy or light but well balanced.
Touch screen use is hit or miss but it’s a small price to pay.
Can’t recommend it enough.”
“I like it very much for opening doors, the ergonomics are good--the touchpad functionality is hit or miss. About 50% of the time it doesn't work and I have to end up using my finger. And--a device that is a physical barrier between me and disease-contaminated surfaces doesn't need a bottle opener, lol. I am not going to let this thing touch anything I'm gonna put my mouth on. Overall though, I like it!”
