“So I've had my 'key' for a while now. Works well. Use it often. Although claiming it works on touch screens is more than a stretch. I rarely find a screen that it works on, and usually those are credit debit machines at checkout. The other note is that it doesn't have to be so damned heavy. I keep it on a retracting cord and it's so heavy that the bounces up and down while walking.. so I decided to keep it on the cord but put it on my pocket. Bad idea. Cracked the screen on my Galaxy s10+. So it's been a Rollercoaster of emotions. Almost immediately after i ordered mine, they came out with other finishes...I wouldn't not recommend it.. but I'm not sure I would either. It gets half the job done.”
“I added my tool to my key ring and it started turning colors. I haven’t used it too much when it started turning color. Not sure if it is from the other keys or not.”
“Tool itself is mostly as advertised, and easy to use. i prefer it over my keysmart one bc it's 100% copper vs a copper alloy, and the shape is a little more ergonomic b/c of the rounded and beveled edges, especially when i use it to hold grocery baskets with stuff in it.
docked 1 star for the review b/c it's hard to use with touchscreens in markets depending on the screen type (impossible to use at target and safeway self-check out kiosks), and b/c shipping took absolutely forever and i could never reach a customer service person on their web chat to figure out where my order was.”
“This would have been amazing if they had added a soft tip to the part at the end so I could use it on a touch screen. As it is, I’ve just ended up carrying one of those pens that has it instead and cleaning my hands after touching doors. It wasn’t worth hauling around for just the front door. If they ever make that adjustment, I’d buy it in a heartbeat.”
“Bought two of these. One for my husband and one for me. They work great for opening doors and punching ATM numbers at the cash register. I never leave home without it! I saw a lady had one attached to her purse the other day, and I whipped mine out to show it to her! I love the fact that it's germ free too.”
