“I've try this tool for several weeks, and I barely use it now. The hook should be a bit longer in order to grab door handles that are thick and sometimes round. With the current size, it slips or does not grab the rounded shape or a door with a flat handle. the touch does not work all the time with screens. I try it at my near by Chase bank ATM and it did not work. it also does not work with some phone screens. I have an Iphone SE and when touch with the tool it doesn't work. It does work with the tablet. seems that the safetouch has problems with some screens and others are ok (sometimes i have to repeat the press in order to make it work). Lastly, the bottle opener works, but you have to try twice or more to get cap out, seems to press and cut cap and not use pressure to open.
All-in-all, it is a good idea, but needs more engineering”
