“I love this, but am mad that I bought the 5 pack and then find out safe touch dropped the price for these a month after buying it. Also, it took a little over a month for mine to come in. Other than this the product is great.”
“This overpriced device can be handy. Sadly, after ordering a package of 5 the order came with only 1 Retractable Carabiner instead of 5. At the time and now there is no phone # to contact the company. There was a Chat link which only gave a message they were unavailable. This has since been removed and now replaced with an email form.
After filing a PayPal dispute, the company got back 6 weeks later offering a refund if the items were returned. As these were purchased as gifts for friends and relatives they'd been given out. The one I kept with the single retractable carabiner has proven useful as it is always handy attached to a loop on my belt. When I asked the recipients of the other 4 items if they were using SafeTouch, 1 had put it in pocketbook and found it too inconvenient to dig out at a moment's notice. The other 3 said they did not bother to carry, again as it was not easy to get to.
I now see, the price of these have been reduced about 60%, still higher than many similar on eBay and Amazon. Best advice, steer clear of SafeTouch.”
“Never received the product. Shipping was delayed - or just remarkably slow - and communication was poor, so I eventually asked for a refund, which I did receive. Disappointed.”
“These are so nicely machined and heavy duty. Nothing cheap about this at all. Grabs all handles like it supposed to. Pushes everything like it’s supposed to. The only slight negative is that it doesn’t write on every electronic signature pad.”
“It does not effectively work on most touch screen surfaces, which is a key function of the device in my opinion. I reached out to customer service and was told to get as much flat surface to touch the screen as possible. Because these are cast and have a seam on most edge surfaces, it is a lot more difficult than it needs to be. I feel like I did not get my money’s worth.”
