“The housing feels sturdy but the retractable cord struggles with the weight of the Safe Touch if you attempt to carry it your belt loop. The cord doesn't fully retract consistently.”
“The weight of the key is to heavy for the retractable as it hangs would like for it to be more secured . I bought 2 retractable’s & 2 keys one black one copper & the other retractable seams to hold key better then the other & my black key already has a chip at the tip , it kinda bothers me but if I was to order another one it will take a whole month just for it to ship . This product is a good one but the turnaround on this is kinda unacceptable, but we are in uncertainty times right now !!!!”
