“The product came all squashed and has still not started to look fluffy as shown in pictures. It would be a good idea to If it would be packed in a box for postage.”

“Product is good, delivery time is good too. The only issue was some problems through the ordering process. I submitted the order on buysend.com and completed the order via paypal. After my paypal session ended, I was redirected back to the website however an error page was shown saying "Oops! uh, oh....". It was only later that you guys wrote back to confirm that the order was successful. Not a very pleasant experience, will hesitate to buy again, unless the technical issue is fixed. Thanks.”
