“The hose reel was damaged on receipt with one of the plastic retaining lugs broken and irreparable. The hose reel is flimsy in construction and unlikely to withstand heavy use.”

“Excellent product, when it first arrived I was sceptical because the package seemed so small, however after opening and assembling the hose reel I was impressed. It is robust, fully functional, and great value for money! It compares easily with hose reels that can be bought in leady garden and DIY centres.”
