“It's too heavy. Not practical for real world use. I tried using it for house calls out here in Los Angeles and it's too much to lug around. Takes too long to set up when you arrive somewhere. The Guards don't even fit in the guard pockets?! The way it just lays out flat when you open it is not ideal for a workstation. It should have some kind of mechanism that holds it open at a 90 degree angle. Overall 1 star cause its not practical in real world use. A product should be designed carefully and meticulously before you attempt to sell it to consumers at 300$ plus. It was a waste of my money. It was a great idea, not great execution.”

Hi Alejandro, Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you feel that way about the General version 1. Please know that there have been a number of improvements since you bought your backpack back in 2017. We've since come out with the General V2! A perfect backpack for some cannot be the perfect backpack for everyone. Sounds like you would prefer the General Lite which is a smaller version of the General backpack, or the Sidekick which is a crossbody. “Beautiful bag that will hold all of my clippers,shears, and misc books and bottles. Tried an array of other bags and didn’t do the trick fabric would rip and so would straps. Bag looks beautiful can’t wait to receive. I’m going to Tyrik Jackson’s barber school and I will be the first with this bag. I can’t wait to show it off. Thanks Nick”
