“I had a really hard time making the decision to switch from formula for my little guy. After much research, I decided ByHeart or Kendamil was the way to go.
Too many times when going to target, Kendamil has been out of stock. As a mom, this is scary. I don’t want to get my son adjusted to something, have it go out of stock, and have to adjust again.
ByHeart was always there, so I went with that one and I am so glad.
My son now has regular bowel movements. (Used to be once every 7-10 days, now we get at least 1 a day if not 2) he doesn’t have problems with excessive spit up, and is all around happy and healthy.
My only complaint is how hard it is to get mixed. First you have to heat the water and then put the mix in.
It won’t dissolve all the way in room temperature water, so outings are a little harder. It also won’t dissolve all the way if you swirl it. You have to shake it, but then it gets foamy and my son won’t drink it. I have to warm my bottle and use a chop stick to mix it. This is fine when I’m home, but going out of the house and having to bring hot water can be a pain.
If you’re on the fence about trying it, do it! It has been great for my son.”
“I breastfed my son for 9 months before I started using this formula. I tried other brands and he didn’t like them at all. Super gassy and spit most of them up. By heart was the best. He barely had any gas and he never spit up a drop of it. He took to this formula just like having breast milk. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a formula like breast milk.”
“My baby struggled with reflux right from the jump. We first thought it was a cows milk allergy but later found her body just couldn’t handle the fillers in a lot of generic formulas. We tried Goats Milk but since she has PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) the amount of protein in goats milk was hard for her kidneys to break down. We first tried Kendamil just regular baby formula and saw a massive improvement, however with threat of tariffs going into place and already struggling to get cans I knew I needed a different solution. I tried ByHeart since it’s basically the same European formula based in America! My baby has flourished on this formula with her reflux gone, spit ups only if she’s had too much to eat, regular poops, you name it. It is way more affordable for me and the ease of access by online ordering has made this journey so much easier. This formula may not be for everyone, every baby is different and some babies are very picky. My baby however is extremely food motivated to a point where she will try to break into the can of formula if i’m taking too long to measure the water.”
“Our newborn had a bad colic and gas and we were using Symilac sensitive, eventually she had a case of baby acne. We decided to try By Heart and she is completely clear of baby acne, colic and gas are all gone. Highly recommend this formula.”
“Very good formula, my baby hasn’t had any colic, upset stomach, vomiting. Maybe a little tiny regurgitation when he gets over stimulated shortly after eating during diaper changes, but not due to formula..”
“This is the first formula we tried with my baby as a newborn and I have no complaints! As a mom that couldn’t breastfeed, I was worried about the quality of formula my son would have. ByHeart didn’t disappoint, love the sustainability of the recyclable can, as well as the fact that it is American made!”
“I breastfed my baby until about 3.5 months and wanted to switch to formula for personal reasons. My baby took ByHeart without any issues and is actually doing better than she did on my breast milk :(. The smell is not bad and her formula spit up isn't bad either.”
