“I’ve thankfully not had to use too much formula but when I first started pumping I wasn’t getting enough and my daughter did great with this formula when I didn’t have enough breast milk for her. Being anti-soy, the only other option we have ever had in the US was Kendamil, which was his initial formula. We then switched to HIPP-HA which worked great, but, required us ordering weeks in advance.

“My goal was originally to solely breastfeed my baby for at least 6 months, but my supply dwindled earlier than expected. I did a lot of research to figure out which formula would be the best and cleanest option to feed my son. I actually went with Bobbie first which worked well but wasn’t filling him up enough. Then I found byheart which has whole milk instead of skim milk like Bobbie and it worked much better for him! He stays full for longer intervals and he finishes pretty much every bottle and tolerates it. “Prior to using ByHeart, Rhett was on the "sensitive formula's" of other brands. We could not find one that didn't give him constant gas. We were also very sad because breastfeeding was not an option, so finding a formula closest to breast milk, that would sit well with his digestion was important.
