“The bundle looked good, but I had ordered shoe size 9 and my son needed size 8 so I had to send it back. The free return label was great and the Post Office say it was delivered on 2nd January. I haven't heard anything from the company since (it's now 5th Jan) - so I'm hoping I'll get a replacement soon. It would have been better if I the company had found time to send a quick email to say the item was received and advise when I should expect replacement. The socks included in the bundle say they were UK size 10-12 which didn't go with shoe size 9.”
