“Unfortunately I had to mark review down as I ordered and paid for a £5 gift box at the time of ordering the gift card, but I only received the gift card in a black envelope with the gift card loose, gift card holder and receipt loose inside the envelope.
However, when I called them up about it, they were very polite and helpful and quickly arranged a refund, so I am happy and these things happen at busy times of year. Thank you.”
