“The ribs themselves were certainly a generous portion and really excellent, but the dual vegetables (Brussel Sprouts) and (carrots/brockley) were slightly questionable: Alternatives for these two vegetables might have been better - a second one other than a vegetable. Both sets of vegetables appeared to be slightly undercooked.”
