“I am extremely frustrated as my order 500017784 which was placed in early January 2023 has not arrived. I have looked at tracking information from PBT and they say a card was left on the 10 Januarry2023 which did not happen, have tried to have it redelivered, unsuccessful and now it is nearly a month later and still have not received my order.”
“I bought 3 dryer balls and found them to be great for smaller drying loads. I do wonder if I should buy another 3 for when I have a larger load, particularly for when drying sheets however, there is no guidance on the website for the recommended balls to drying load.”
“Obviously hanging your washing outside is best! But if that can't be done it's great to have something that assist with the efficiency of using the dryer.”
