“I already had the yellow tumbler and my partner kept using my one, so I bought him the charcoal one for his birthday. He was so stoked! I loved how this new one came with two lid selections and I actually prefer these lids over the one I got a few years back. Now I steal his lid and we are even!

PROS:
1) It actually keeps drinks hot or cold for a long while- we even sip cocktails out of these cups on occasion!
2) it's a good size, both the tall and short tumblers- and they fit well in car cup holders.
3) Great seal- I once closed the lid on my short tumbler with some hot coffee in it and threw it in my bag in a hurry, and it didn't leak a single drop.
CONS:
1) one of the 3 cups we bought had a slight defect in that the steel bottom is slightly rounded so it doesn't sit completely flat- but it doesn't bother us too much.
2) the lids that can be opened and closed are fantastic but it you don't rinse them immediately after use, the coffee gunk settles in hard to reach spots and is almost impossible to clean fully. Maybe if it was possible to take it apart to clean and put it back that would be fantastic.”
“Great size, great colour (tuna fin yellow), quality made. Only issue is one of the lids doesn't fit properly. The other lid has cover gadget to cover the opening so hot drinks don't splash out but it gets ganked up pretty quickly and you have to remove it to clean it so I've just taken it off permanently. Still holds heat well. Delivery took a long time. I think partially due to COVID-19 and because they were waiting on delivery? I had to chase up several times.”
