“Due to the lack of instructions on how to use it I found it very frustrating. No cookbook or any guidance on temperature settings came with the unit. I find it hard to know when it is lit as you cannot see the flames, so you have to wait for it to start to heat up. If it doesn't light you then have excess gas around. Construction instructions were good.
