The living flame 3.4kW heater is a convective-style heater. It draws in cold air at the base, feeds it through the burner and expels warm air from the top.
It is not the same as a radiant 4.2kW heater that has radiant bricks at the front and radiates the heat around the room.
Because it creates heat differently, some people can notice the difference in the heat effect.
We advise customers to read the full description of an appliance and check the specification tab before ordering to ensure it is suitable for their setup.
