The site actually states it is suitable for domestic and industrial use which is easily taken to mean it is for use indoors.”

The instructions state that "KOSAN TYPE 682 versions featuring a release valve (the marking PRV is visible on the label (1)) are generally not type-approved for use in closed premises". The label on your regulator does not have "PRV" on it which means it is suitable for indoor use.
