“ I never received the products”
Thank you for your feedback Sandra. Customer satisfaction and providing a good quality service to all our customers is very important to us. I can see you were dealing with one of our Customer Service Team and they advised that the address had been incomplete and so had went to another location. Once we spoke to DPD and resolved this the parcel was delivered the next day.
