Hey Roger
Think of pine pollen as a tipping point in your hormone regulation. A food that can give you the advantage to regulate your androgens naturally and for an energy boost. If you are serious about the natural way of longevity, may I recommend these suggestions from our blog; [https://canadianpinepollen.com/blogs/news/proven-ways-to-boost-testosterone-naturally]
If you still don't notice a change, Try the tincture. In some people, the tincture absorbs better.
Hey, Thanks so much for the review. There is a difference in taste, smell and colour, and pollen grain size, between the ponderosa and lodgepole. But for the most part nutritionally similar; It is like comparing two different types of apples. As far as effects and bio-identical hormone profiles in pine pollen they are identical.
“In my experience Canadian Pine Pollen products provide me with a genuine natural alternative to the many "phytoestrogen" based drugs on the market today. Having used a Testosterone booster derived from soya for many years, I was left wondering why there aren't "phytoandrogenous" based products to try. Canadian Pine Pollens have just that - a phytoandrogen. Since stopping the use of Androgel and starting the use of pine pollen about two months ago, I have been pleasantly surprised. As a sixty year old male and an avid runner, I always had been able to maintain a healthy weight. It seemed, and my jury is still out on this one, the longer I continued my use of gel delivered Testosterone, the harder it seemed to keep my weight down. Taking pine pollen only, has resulted in the love handles gradually melting away. I feel lighter and less short of breath when I exert physically. Also of importance, issues of libido, sexual function (a core reason why I decided to take a Testosterone product in the first place) and mental alertness, have remained largely the same - all working! If you add in the Canadian Pine Pollen people are friendly and professional and willing to help you, I think it is a no brainer you should give them a try!
